  1. Conduct initial evaluations and assessments of patients' physical condition and develop personalized treatment plans based on their specific needs and goals.
  2. Utilize extensive knowledge of human anatomy and physiology to create effective treatment techniques and exercises.
  3. Communicate effectively with patients, their families, and other healthcare professionals to provide updates on progress and coordinate care.
  4. Continuously monitor and evaluate patients' progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans as needed.
  5. Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of patient evaluations, treatment plans, and progress notes.
  6. Demonstrate empathy, compassion, and professionalism when interacting with patients, showing a genuine commitment to improving their well-being.
  7. Stay current with advancements in the field of physical therapy and incorporate evidence-based practices into treatment plans.
  8. Adhere to all safety and ethical standards, maintaining patient confidentiality at all times.
  9. Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.
  10. Continuously strive to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction through ongoing education and professional development.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Physical Therapy From An Accredited Institution.

  • Current State License To Practice Physical Therapy.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Clinical Experience In A Hospital Or Outpatient Setting.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Anatomy, Physiology, And Kinesiology.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Work Effectively With Patients, Families, And Healthcare Team Members.
