We are seeking an experienced, proactive, and organized Senior Executive Assistant to join our team at HOAG. This is an exciting opportunity to join an innovative, forward-thinking organization and take on a high-level role to support our executive team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and operational support to the executive team and ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations.To succeed in this role, you should have excellent organizational, time-management, and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and under pressure. You should also have a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and consistently meet deadlines. A positive attitude and the ability to work well both independently and in a team setting are essential.
