Receive and process incoming shipments of products from suppliers.
Inspect and verify the accuracy of received products and ensure they meet quality standards.
Label and organize products for storage in the warehouse.
Maintain accurate inventory records and track product movements.
Prepare products for distribution to Hobby Lobby stores across the country.
Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and efficient order fulfillment.
Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
Follow safety protocols and adhere to company policies and procedures.
Communicate any discrepancies or issues with inventory or shipments to management.
Cross-train in various warehouse functions to provide support and flexibility as needed.
Meet productivity and accuracy goals set by management.
Continuously seek ways to improve warehouse processes and procedures.
Demonstrate a positive attitude and willingness to learn and take on new challenges.

Job Qualifications

High School Diploma Or Equivalent
Experience In Warehouse Or Distribution Center Operations Preferred

Familiarity With Warehouse Equipment, Such As Forklifts And Pallet Jacks, And Willingness To Obtain Necessary Certifications
