Job Description

The Warehouse Supervisor will assist the Warehouse Manager at the Hobby Lobby Ecommerce Distribution Center. Primary role to assist in managing a shift with a focus on maintaining balance of Human Resources, safety within the zone, as well as productivity, accuracy, and overall organization. Maintain productivity and accuracy in both the fulfillment process and the receiving and put away process or any other assigned duties. Implement and support the policies and practices that are consistent with the philosophy of the company.
