- Develop and design high-quality graphics for various print and digital platforms, including but not limited to advertisements, packaging, website, and social media.
- Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to create visually appealing and on-brand designs that effectively communicate our message and enhance our brand image.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and techniques to continuously improve and innovate our design strategies.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality work.
- Coordinate with external vendors and printers to ensure the timely production and delivery of materials.
- Review and proofread all designs to ensure accuracy and consistency in branding and messaging.
- Maintain and organize a library of design assets, including logos, fonts, and graphics.
- Communicate and present design concepts and ideas to internal teams and stakeholders.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers and interns.
- Comply with copyright and trademark laws and ensure all designs are original and do not infringe on any existing designs or intellectual property.
- Act as a brand ambassador and uphold brand standards and guidelines in all design work.
- Continuously seek feedback and incorporate it into designs to improve overall quality and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure designs align with overall marketing and branding strategies.
- Participate in brainstorming and ideation sessions to contribute creative ideas and concepts.
- Maintain a positive and collaborative attitude and work effectively in a team environment.
Bachelor's Degree In Graphic Design Or Related Field
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Graphic Design And Project Management
Proficiency In Design Software Such As Adobe Creative Suite
Strong Understanding Of Design Principles And Ability To Create Visually Appealing Designs
Excellent Communication And Organizational Skills With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With A Team.
