Develop and implement supply chain security protocols and procedures to ensure the safe and timely delivery of goods to our stores worldwide.
Conduct risk assessments and audits of our international suppliers to identify potential security threats and vulnerabilities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish and maintain security standards for our global supply chain operations.
Monitor and track shipments to ensure compliance with security protocols and identify any potential disruptions or risks.
Communicate and collaborate with suppliers and logistics partners to address any security concerns and ensure adherence to security standards.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in supply chain security to continuously improve and enhance our processes.
Train and educate employees on supply chain security policies and procedures to promote a culture of security awareness.
Investigate and resolve any security incidents or breaches within the supply chain.
Work closely with government agencies and law enforcement to ensure compliance with international trade regulations and security requirements.
Maintain accurate records and documentation related to supply chain security activities.
Develop emergency response plans and procedures to mitigate potential security threats.
Participate in cross-functional meetings and provide updates and insights on supply chain security initiatives.
Collaborate with the legal team to ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to supply chain security.
Continuously evaluate and improve supply chain security processes to minimize risk and ensure the safety of our company's assets.

Job Qualifications

Knowledge Of International Trade And Supply Chain Regulations: A Strong Understanding Of International Trade Laws, Customs Regulations, And Security Protocols Is Essential For An International Supply Chain Security Specialist At Hobby Lobby.
