As a Parts Room Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring that all necessary supplies and materials are readily available for our employees to complete their tasks efficiently.   1. Maintain and organize inventory levels in the supply room to ensure a well-stocked and efficient work environment.
  2. Monitor and track inventory levels to anticipate supply needs and place orders as necessary.
  3. Receive, inspect, and distribute incoming supplies and materials to the appropriate departments or individuals.
  4. Collaborate with purchasing and accounting departments to ensure accurate and timely processing of supply orders.
  5. Conduct regular audits of inventory to identify discrepancies and take necessary actions to resolve them.
  6. Keep accurate records of inventory levels, supply usage, and order history.
  7. Work with department managers to understand their supply needs and provide recommendations for stock levels.
  8. Develop and implement inventory control procedures to minimize waste and loss.
  9. Train and supervise staff members responsible for maintaining the supply room.
  10. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to inventory management and purchasing.
  11. Maintain a clean and organized supply room to ensure easy access to supplies and materials.
  12. Continuously seek opportunities to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness in supply management.
  13. Stay updated on industry trends and new products to make informed decisions on purchasing.
  14. Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations when handling and storing supplies.
  15. Communicate with vendors and suppliers to resolve any issues or concerns related to supplies and materials.
  16. Collaborate with other departments to identify and implement cost-saving measures.
  17. Attend company meetings and provide reports on inventory levels and supply usage.
  18. Assist in annual budget planning by providing accurate and detailed information on supply needs and costs.
