Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients in the Northampton and Milton Keynes area, acting as their primary point of contact for all wealth management needs.
  2. Provide personalized financial advice and solutions to clients, based on their individual goals, risk appetite, and financial situation.
  3. Conduct comprehensive financial reviews for clients, taking into account their current investments, assets, and liabilities, and make recommendations for optimizing their portfolio.
  4. Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities, through networking, referrals, and other channels, to grow the client base and increase revenue.
  5. Collaborate with other members of the HSBC team, such as investment advisors, mortgage advisors, and insurance specialists, to offer a holistic range of financial services to clients.
  6. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes, and use this knowledge to provide timely and relevant advice to clients.
  7. Manage and monitor client portfolios, ensuring they are in line with their stated financial goals and risk tolerance, and make adjustments as needed.
  8. Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets, while adhering to all compliance and regulatory requirements.
  9. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation, using HSBC's systems and processes.
  10. Act as a brand ambassador for HSBC, promoting our services, values, and reputation in the local community.
  11. Collaborate with the wider HSBC team to identify and implement process improvements and drive efficiencies.
  12. Act with integrity and professionalism at all times, following HSBC's code of conduct and ethical standards.
  13. Keep up-to-date with HSBC's products, services, and offerings, and effectively communicate them to clients to meet their needs.
  14. Continuously enhance your skills and knowledge through training, development, and networking opportunities, to stay at the forefront of the wealth management industry.
  15. Adhere to all risk management and compliance policies and procedures, ensuring the protection of HSBC's assets and reputation.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Or Related Field.

  • Certified Financial Planner (Cfp) Or Chartered Financial Analyst (Cfa) Designation.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Wealth Management, Preferably In The Northampton And Milton Keynes Area.

  • Strong Understanding Of Investment Products And Services, Including But Not Limited To Equities, Fixed Income, And Alternative Investments.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With A Proven Track Record Of Building And Maintaining Client Relationships.
