
Associate Director, Governance & Framework
We are currently seeking an experienced, motivated and passionate Associate Director of Governance & Framework to join the Global Risk team at HSBC. This role is a unique opportunity to be a part of a highly successful and innovative team, and to make a real impact on the organisation’s risk management activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for the definition, design and implementation of the governance framework for the global risk management process.To be successful in this role, you will be an experienced financial services professional with a strong track record in the development and implementation of governance and risk management frameworks. You will have a deep understanding of all aspects of risk management, and the ability to lead and influence key stakeholders at all levels. Responsibilities:
- Design and implement a framework for global risk management processes.
- Provide oversight and guidance on risk management activities.
- Lead and influence stakeholder engagement at all levels.
- Analyze and problem-solve risk management issues.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of all aspects of risk management.
- Advise and support the Global Risk team on risk-related matters.
- Manage risk reporting and analysis.
- Provide guidance and direction on risk management policies and practices.
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements.
- Monitor emerging trends and developments in the risk management landscape.
