Associate, Equity Capital Markets

Providing client-facing input on pitch materials as part of the origination and execution across equity and equity-linked products, across all industry sectors across the Americas. Liaising with Global Markets teams in sales, research and trading to deliver capital markets advice to our corporate clients. Creating and interpreting financial models and involvement in transaction structuring. Day to day project management role in transaction processes, liaising both internally with other teams within HSBC as well as with clients and other advisors externally.
