  1. Develop and implement strategies to drive growth in NRI channels, including setting clear goals and objectives for the team.
  2. Lead and motivate a team of NRI channel managers to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
  3. Maintain a deep understanding of the NRI market and keep up-to-date with industry trends and competition.
  4. Develop and maintain relationships with key NRI clients and stakeholders to promote customer retention and loyalty.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement new products and services to meet the evolving needs of NRI customers.
  6. Monitor performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management on the performance of NRI channels.
  7. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures.
  8. Continuously assess and improve processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of NRI channels.
  9. Act as a brand ambassador for HSBC and uphold the bank's reputation for excellence in NRI banking.
  10. Mentor and coach team members to support their professional growth and development.
  11. Represent HSBC at industry events and conferences to promote the bank's NRI offerings.
  12. Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to develop and execute campaigns to attract and retain NRI customers.
  13. Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and senior management to provide updates on NRI channel performance and initiatives.
  14. Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and trends and use this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement in NRI channels.
  15. Identify and mitigate risks related to NRI channels and take proactive measures to address potential issues.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In The Financial Services Industry, With At Least 5 Years In A Leadership Role.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Growing Nri (Non-Resident Indian) Channels.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Nri Banking Products And Services, As Well As A Deep Understanding Of The Nri Market And Customer Needs.

  • Strong Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Motivate And Manage A Team, As Well As Collaborate Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams And Senior Management.
