We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as an Assistant Vice President (AVP) - Premier Financial Consultant. This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of our premier banking division, working with high net worth individuals and providing them with personalized financial solutions. As an AVP, you will play a crucial role in managing and growing our premier client portfolio. We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in financial consulting and a passion for delivering exceptional service.   1. Develop and maintain relationships with high net worth clients, serving as their primary point of contact for all financial needs and inquiries.
  2. Create and implement personalized financial plans for clients based on their individual goals, risk tolerance, and financial situation.
  3. Conduct regular reviews of client portfolios and make recommendations for adjustments or changes as needed.
  4. Stay up-to-date on market trends and financial products to provide clients with the most relevant and beneficial advice.
  5. Collaborate with other members of the premier banking team, including relationship managers and wealth advisors, to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  6. Actively promote and cross-sell HSBC products and services to clients, including investment, insurance, and wealth management solutions.
  7. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal policies and procedures.
  8. Monitor and analyze the performance of the premier client portfolio, providing regular reports and updates to management.
  9. Act as a subject matter expert for premier banking products and services, providing guidance and training to other team members as needed.
  10. Deliver exceptional customer service, resolving any client issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  11. Participate in industry events and networking opportunities to promote HSBC and expand the client base.
  12. Continuously seek ways to improve and enhance the premier banking experience for clients.
  13. Maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive client information.
  14. Meet or exceed sales targets and performance goals set by management.
  15. Stay informed of changes in financial regulations and industry trends, adjusting strategies and approaches accordingly.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Economics, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Financial Consulting Or Related Field.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Investment Products, Financial Markets, And Wealth Management Strategies.

  • Proven Track Record Of Building And Maintaining High-Value Client Relationships.

  • Strong Leadership Skills And Ability To Mentor And Develop Junior Team Members.
