
Business Analyst - Project Management
The core role of the Business Analyst is to understand the business requirements for a given epic or story and translates them into a fully elaborated Story including Acceptance Criteria that is ready for development and that will deliver the desired outcome. Clarify and review user stories with the agile team and ensure user stories meet the definition of ready. Point of contact for the agile team with the business and PO in collaboration with the scrum master and train engineer. Helps to analyze and translates business technical requirements into actionable user stories. Works with the development team to test and certify applications and user stories. Work with developers and SMEs to understand the work effort for user story. Work with Tech Product Owner for scoping enabler user stories and NFRs. Facilitate writing user stories and the acceptance criteria and definition of done. Assist in identifying impacts for scope change and assess value of change.
Minimum of eight years proven and progressive project management experience supporting assigned businesses
Proficiency with personal computers as well as pertinent mainframe software.
Proven experience with presenting proposals and project findings to senior management.
