Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our Risk Transformation team at HSBC. In this role, you will work closely with the risk team to identify, assess, and analyze complex business problems, develop solutions, and provide strategic guidance to our team.To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field, and at least 5 years of experience in risk analysis. You should also have excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills. The ideal candidate should be a motivated and detail-oriented professional who can work both independently and as part of a team.If you are ready to take on a challenge and make a positive impact on the growth of our Risk Transformation team, we would love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and assess complex business problems and develop solutions to mitigate risks.
  2. Analyze data and create reports to support risk transformation initiatives.
  3. Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of risk solutions.
  4. Monitor and evaluate the performance of risk transformation initiatives.
  5. Provide strategic guidance to the risk team to increase efficiency and productivity.
  6. Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  7. Develop and document risk processes and procedures.
  8. Identify opportunities for improvement in risk management processes.
  9. Provide training and support to team members in risk management practices.
  10. Keep up to date with industry trends and best practices in risk management.
