  1. Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business development and growth in the trade solutions division at HSBC.
  2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships to expand HSBC's trade solutions offerings.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and industry partners to promote HSBC's trade solutions and services.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution of business development strategies.
  5. Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential areas for growth and development in the trade solutions market.
  6. Develop and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients, highlighting the benefits and value of HSBC's trade solutions.
  7. Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform business development strategies.
  8. Oversee the development and maintenance of a robust pipeline of trade solutions opportunities.
  9. Work closely with the sales team to ensure successful implementation and delivery of trade solutions to clients.
  10. Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on business development activities, progress, and results.
  11. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, leading and motivating team members to achieve business development goals.
  12. Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and compliance requirements to ensure adherence in all business development activities.
  13. Continuously strive to enhance and improve HSBC's trade solutions offerings to meet the evolving needs of clients and the market.
  14. Represent HSBC at industry events, conferences, and other networking opportunities to promote our trade solutions and services.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Business Development, Sales, Or Relationship Management In The Financial Industry, With A Focus On Trade Solutions.

  • Strong Understanding Of Global Trade, International Finance, And Supply Chain Management.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Driving Business Growth And Achieving Sales Targets.

  • Excellent Communication, Negotiation, And Networking Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Key Stakeholders And Clients.
