Job Description

At HSBC, we are looking for an experienced and motivated Customer Service Consultant who can provide our customers with excellent service and advice. As a Customer Service Consultant, you will be the face of HSBC, interacting with customers on a daily basis to ensure their banking needs are met. You must have strong communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to work well in a team, and a passion for providing excellent customer service. The right candidate will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in customer service, be computer literate and have a customer-centric attitude. Responsibilities:

  1. Provide excellent customer service to HSBC customers, addressing inquiries, complaints, and financial needs.
  2. Use strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers.
  3. Work collaboratively with team members to ensure customer satisfaction.
  4. Solve customer queries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  5. Maintain a customer-centric attitude and contribute to a positive customer experience.
  6. Demonstrate knowledge of banking products and services.
  7. Utilize computer software to process customer transactions and keep records.
  8. Demonstrate compliance with all relevant regulations and policies.
  9. Stay up-to-date with changes in the banking industry.
  10. Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes.
