- Develop and implement Agile methodologies, including Scrum, SAFe, and Kanban, to drive efficiency and success in project delivery.
- Manage the delivery of critical projects and initiatives, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the expected quality standards.
- Lead and coach cross-functional teams in Agile best practices, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
- Monitor project progress and identify potential issues or roadblocks, proactively taking action to resolve them.
- Communicate project updates and progress to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment with project goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with other teams and departments to identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and demos.
- Provide guidance and support to team members on Agile tools, techniques, and processes.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and guidelines throughout the project delivery process.
- Continuously evaluate and improve Agile practices and processes, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
- Mentor and develop team members, providing regular feedback and opportunities for growth and development.
- Represent the organization as a subject matter expert in Agile methodologies at conferences, events, and industry forums.
- Work with senior management to define project goals and objectives, and develop strategies to achieve them.
- Manage project budgets and resource allocation, ensuring efficient and effective use of resources.
- Maintain a strong understanding of the organization's products, services, and processes to effectively drive project delivery.
Extensive Experience In Agile Methodologies: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience Working In Agile Environments, With A Deep Understanding Of Scrum, Safe, Kanban, And Other Agile Frameworks.
Proven Track Record In Project Delivery: The Candidate Should Have A Strong Track Record Of Successfully Delivering Complex Projects Within Budget And Timeline, Preferably In A Large Organization Like Hsbc.
Leadership And Team Management Skills: As A Delivery Manager, The Candidate Should Have Exceptional Leadership And Team Management Skills To Effectively Lead And Motivate Cross-Functional Teams Towards Achieving Project Goals.
Excellent Communication And Stakeholder Management Skills: The Candidate Should Possess Excellent Communication Skills To Effectively Communicate With Stakeholders At All Levels, Including Senior Management, To Ensure Project Success.
