1. Develop and implement Agile methodologies, including Scrum, SAFe, and Kanban, to drive efficiency and success in project delivery.
2. Manage the delivery of critical projects and initiatives, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the expected quality standards.
3. Lead and coach cross-functional teams in Agile best practices, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
4. Monitor project progress and identify potential issues or roadblocks, proactively taking action to resolve them.
5. Communicate project updates and progress to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment with project goals and objectives.
6. Collaborate with other teams and departments to identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization.
7. Facilitate Agile ceremonies, such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and demos.

9. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and guidelines throughout the project delivery process.
10. Continuously evaluate and improve Agile practices and processes, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
11. Mentor and develop team members, providing regular feedback and opportunities for growth and development.
12. Represent the organization as a subject matter expert in Agile methodologies at conferences, events, and industry forums.
13. Work with senior management to define project goals and objectives, and develop strategies to achieve them.
14. Manage project budgets and resource allocation, ensuring efficient and effective use of resources.
15. Maintain a strong understanding of the organization's products, services, and processes to effectively drive project delivery.
