Extensive Experience With Devops Tooling: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Understanding And Hands-On Experience With Various Devops Tools Such As Ansible, Puppet, Chef, Jenkins, Etc. They Should Be Able To Effectively Use These Tools To Automate And Streamline The Software Development Process.
Proficient In Ci/Cd: The Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Continuous Integration And Continuous Delivery (Ci/Cd) Principles And Best Practices. They Should Be Able To Design, Implement And Maintain Efficient Ci/Cd Pipelines To Ensure Smooth And Timely Delivery Of Software.
Strong Knowledge Of Pipelines: A Solid Understanding And Experience With Building And Managing Pipelines Is Crucial For This Role. The Candidate Should Be Familiar With Various Pipeline Tools And Able To Design And Implement Pipelines That Can Support Complex Software Development Workflows.
Senior Software Engineering Experience: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Software Engineering, With A Focus On Devops, Ci/Cd, And Pipelines. They Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Delivering High-Quality Software Products And Possess Strong Problem-Solving Skills.
Familiarity With Hsbc's Technology Stack: While Not A Mandatory Requirement, Having Prior Experience With Hsbc's Technology Stack And Working In A Similar Environment Would Be A Plus. This Includes Knowledge Of Various Programming Languages, Databases, And Other Tools And Technologies Used At Hsbc.
