  1. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent for the Premier Advance Pacifico Sur division.
  2. Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and networking, to identify and connect with potential candidates.
  3. Screen and assess candidates based on their skills, experience, and cultural fit for the organization.
  4. Conduct interviews and manage the entire recruitment process, from initial contact to offer stage.
  5. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and provide guidance on market trends and recruitment best practices.
  6. Build and maintain a talent pipeline to ensure a steady flow of qualified candidates for current and future roles.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Talent Acquisition Or Talent Management.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Engage With Candidates And Stakeholders.
