  7. Design and deliver training programs to support the implementation of new initiatives and promote a culture of continuous learning.
  8. Provide coaching and support to managers and employees to facilitate successful change management.
  9. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of people and change initiatives, making necessary adjustments to drive desired outcomes.
  10. Serve as a resource and subject matter expert on all matters related to people and change for the organization.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Organizational Development, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience In A Hr Consulting Role, Preferably Within The Financial Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Change Management Principles And Experience Implementing Them In A Corporate Setting.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Leading Projects Related To People And Organizational Change.

  • Excellent Communication, Interpersonal, And Analytical Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Senior Leaders.
