Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Organizational Development, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience In A Hr Consulting Role, Preferably Within The Financial Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Change Management Principles And Experience Implementing Them In A Corporate Setting.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Leading Projects Related To People And Organizational Change.
Excellent Communication, Interpersonal, And Analytical Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Senior Leaders.
