
Incident Management /Consultant Specialist
We are seeking an experienced Incident Management /Consultant Specialist to join our team at HSBC. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about problem-solving and providing exceptional customer service. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring incidents are managed efficiently and effectively, and that all processes and procedures are adhered to.The ideal candidate is highly organized and driven, and should possess a strong customer service background. Responsibilities:
- Manage and resolve incidents according to HSBC processes and procedures.
- Monitor and track incident reports and investigate root causes of incidents.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure efficient resolution of incidents.
- Provide timely and accurate updates to stakeholders on incident progress.
- Develop and maintain incident management processes and procedures.
- Provide guidance and best practices on incident management to internal teams.
- Maintain and track metrics on incident performance.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- Perform regular reviews and audits of incident management system performance.
- Assist in evaluating and testing of incident management system.
- Provide training and support to internal teams on incident management processes.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills

Ability To Work In A Team Environment
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science
Information Technology
At Least - Years Of Experience In It Service Management
Strong Knowledge Of Itil Processes And Best Practices
Experience With Incident Management Tools
Experience With Root Cause Analysis
Ability To Manage Multiple Priorities In A Fast-Paced Environment.
