Job Description

Responsible for analyzing loan agreements and related documentation. Develop a detailed understanding of Risk Free Rates (RFR - Libor replacement) Market concepts and practices. Perform loan servicing for different types of loans, which includes HSBC Led syndicated, Bi-Lateral and participated loans. Trade capture in Clear Par {vendor based system} and settlement in Loan IQ. Construct deal structures in Loan IQ including amending existing deal structures. Execute and manage Loan Portfolio in multi-currency. Review and drive break resolution identified in reconciliations, either for daily or month-end reporting purposes. Trouble-shoot basic Loan IQ functional problems/issues.

Job Qualifications

  • Strong process and operational risk understanding

  • Proficient in LIQ usage, including building and amending existing deal structures, and loan administration.

  • 5+ years in loans Syndication and Trading and servicing of Leverage and Distress loans.
