  1. Lead a team of customer service professionals: Supervise and manage a team of customer service representatives to ensure they are providing exceptional service to our Premier clients.
  2. Ensure high level of customer service: Develop and maintain high standards for customer service and ensure that all team members adhere to them to provide a positive and memorable experience for our clients.
  3. Train and develop team members: Provide training, coaching, and support to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in customer service, banking products, and procedures.
  4. Monitor team performance: Monitor and evaluate team members' performance to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance the overall performance of the team.
  5. Handle escalated customer concerns: Act as a point of escalation for complex customer inquiries and issues, and work towards resolving them in a timely and satisfactory manner.
  6. Foster a positive team culture: Create a positive and supportive work environment for the team, encouraging collaboration, open communication, and continuous improvement.
  7. Ensure compliance with bank policies and regulations: Ensure that all team members comply with bank policies, procedures, and regulations to maintain a high level of integrity and professionalism.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends: Stay informed about industry trends, changes in banking regulations, and new products and services to provide our clients with the most up-to-date information and support.
  9. Collaborate with other departments: Work closely with other departments, such as sales, operations, and marketing, to ensure a seamless and efficient customer experience.
  10. Embody the bank's values: Act as a role model for the team by embodying the bank's values of integrity, excellence, and customer focus in all interactions with clients and colleagues.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Customer Service Or Relationship Management In The Financial Industry.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Banking Products And Services, Including Investments, Loans, And Credit Cards.

  • Excellent Communication, Leadership, And Problem-Solving Skills.

  • Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets And Delivering Exceptional Customer Satisfaction.
