  1. Develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive business growth and profitability in the Americas region.
  2. Work closely with senior stakeholders to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.
  3. Manage and optimize markets treasury operations across the Americas region.
  4. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  5. Monitor and analyze financial markets and provide insights to inform business decisions.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational processes and efficiency.
  7. Lead and mentor a team of professionals to achieve business objectives.
  8. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, regulators, and other key stakeholders.
  9. Identify and mitigate potential operational risks.
  10. Present reports and recommendations to senior management.
  11. Stay updated on industry trends and developments to inform business strategy.
  12. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  13. Drive a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the markets treasury function.
  14. Act as a subject matter expert on financial markets and provide guidance to other team members.
  15. Ensure the highest level of quality and accuracy in all operations.

Job Qualifications

  • Extensive Experience In Financial Management: The Ideal Candidate For This Position Should Have At Least 10 Years Of Experience In Financial Management, With A Focus On Treasury Operations And Risk Management.
