We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our NRI Banking team at HSBC. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with our overseas Indian clients, providing tailored financial solutions to meet their banking needs.   1. Develop and implement sales strategies to target and acquire new NRI clients for HSBC's NRI Banking division.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing NRI clients, providing exceptional customer service and understanding their banking needs.
  3. Conduct regular market research and analysis to identify potential opportunities for business growth and expansion in the NRI market.
  4. Collaborate with internal departments, such as marketing and product development, to ensure that our NRI banking offerings and messaging align with customer needs and market demand.
  5. Train and mentor junior sales team members, providing guidance on effective sales techniques and strategies for targeting NRI clients.
  6. Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management, highlighting areas of success and opportunities for improvement.
  7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments in the NRI banking space, and use this knowledge to inform sales strategies and approaches.
  8. Represent HSBC at industry events and conferences, building brand awareness and promoting our NRI banking services.
  9. Work closely with the compliance team to ensure all sales activities and client interactions are in line with regulatory requirements.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Knowledge Of Nri Banking Products And Services: The Sales Manager Must Have A Thorough Understanding Of The Various Banking Products And Services Offered By Hsbc To Non-Resident Indians. This Includes Knowledge Of Foreign Currency Accounts, Remittances, Loans, And Investment Options.

  • Proven Sales Experience: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Track Record Of Achieving Sales Targets And Driving Business Growth In The Nri Banking Segment. Previous Experience In A Similar Role At A Reputed Bank Or Financial Institution Is Preferred.

  • Strong Communication And Relationship Management Skills: The Sales Manager Must Possess Excellent Communication Skills To Effectively Interact With Nri Customers And Build Strong Relationships. They Should Also Have The Ability To Negotiate And Influence Potential Clients.

  • Understanding Of Regulatory Compliance: As Nri Banking Involves Cross-Border Transactions, The Sales Manager Must Have A Strong Understanding Of Regulatory Compliance And Anti-Money Laundering Laws. They Should Ensure That All Processes And Transactions Adhere To The Relevant Regulations.

  • Multilingual Proficiency: The Sales Manager Must Be Proficient In Multiple Languages, Especially Those Spoken By The Nri Community In The Target Market. This Will Help In Effectively Communicating With And Understanding The Needs Of The Customers, Leading To Increased Sales And Customer Satisfaction.
