- Lead and facilitate the agile transformation of the organization by implementing and promoting agile principles, practices, and frameworks.
- Coach and mentor cross-functional teams, including product owners, developers, and business stakeholders, to adopt and adhere to agile methodologies and best practices.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on agile methodologies, providing guidance and support to team members and other stakeholders.
- Collaborate with other Scrum Masters and Agile Leads to ensure consistency and alignment across teams and projects.
- Create and maintain an environment of continuous improvement, encouraging teams to identify and implement process improvements and efficiencies.
- Facilitate daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning sessions, retrospectives, and other agile ceremonies to ensure effective communication and collaboration within the team.
- Track and report on team progress and performance metrics, identifying and addressing any potential roadblocks or issues.
- Work closely with product owners and business stakeholders to ensure clear understanding and prioritization of requirements, and timely delivery of high-quality products and services.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, transparency, and accountability within the team and across the organization.
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements in agile methodologies, and proactively share knowledge and best practices with team members and stakeholders.
- Represent the organization and promote agile principles and values in external events and communities.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of agile training and onboarding programs for new team members.
- Serve as a change agent, driving the adoption of agile methodologies and mindset throughout the organization.
- Actively participate in the recruitment and selection of new team members, identifying and hiring candidates with the necessary skills and mindset to thrive in an agile environment.
- Uphold the company's values and code of conduct, and adhere to all relevant policies and procedures.
Certified Scrum Master: The Candidate Should Hold A Valid Certification As A Scrum Master From A Recognized Organization, Demonstrating Their Knowledge And Understanding Of Agile Principles And Practices.
Experience In Agile Methodologies: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience Working In An Agile Environment, Preferably In The Financial Industry. They Should Be Well-Versed In Agile Methodologies Like Scrum, Kanban, And Lean.
Strong Communication Skills: As A Scrum Master/Agile Lead, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Facilitating Communication And Collaboration Between Different Teams, Stakeholders, And Departments. They Should Have Excellent Communication Skills To Effectively Convey Information And Resolve Conflicts.
Leadership Skills: The Candidate Should Have Experience In Leading And Managing Cross-Functional Teams And Driving Agile Transformation. They Should Be Able To Inspire And Motivate Team Members To Adopt Agile Practices And Continuously Improve.
