- Establish and maintain relationships with Ultra High Net Worth and High Net Worth clients, serving as their primary point of contact for all financial needs.
- Understand clients' financial goals and objectives, and develop customized solutions to meet their individual needs.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring clients feel valued and respected throughout their interactions with HSBC.
- Proactively identify opportunities to deepen client relationships and drive business growth.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market conditions to provide informed financial advice and guidance.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including wealth management, investment banking, and lending, to deliver comprehensive financial solutions to clients.
- Conduct regular reviews of clients' financial portfolios and make recommendations for adjustments as needed.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and transactions.
- Adhere to all regulatory and compliance guidelines to ensure the protection of clients' assets and the reputation of HSBC.
- Continuously seek opportunities for personal and professional development to enhance job performance and contribute to team success.
Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Business, Or A Related Field
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Wealth Management Or Private Banking
Strong Understanding Of Financial Markets And Products, Including Equities, Fixed Income, And Alternative Investments
Proven Track Record Of Building And Maintaining Relationships With Ultra High Net Worth And High Net Worth Clients
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Provide Tailored Financial Advice And Solutions To Meet Clients' Needs And Objectives.
