- Develop and implement mortgage sales strategy for the Large Corporate and Institutional segment to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.
- Lead and manage a team of mortgage sales professionals to ensure they are motivated, trained, and equipped to deliver exceptional results.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders within the Large Corporate and Institutional segment to identify opportunities for mortgage sales.
- Collaborate with other departments and teams within HSBC to ensure a seamless and efficient mortgage sales process for customers.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to inform decision-making and adjust sales strategy accordingly.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and development opportunities for team members.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies and procedures.
- Foster a customer-centric culture and ensure all team members are committed to delivering exceptional customer service.
- Represent HSBC at industry events, conferences, and meetings to promote the company and build relationships with potential clients.
Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Mortgage Sales And Management, Preferably In The Financial Services Industry.
Proven Track Record Of Driving Successful Sales Results And Meeting Revenue Targets.
Strong Leadership Skills With Experience In Managing And Developing A Team Of Mortgage Sales Professionals.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Mortgage Products, Industry Regulations, And Market Trends.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships And Collaborate With Internal And External Stakeholders.
