  1. Develop and implement risk management strategies and policies for the organization.
  2. Lead and manage a team of risk management professionals to ensure the effective delivery of risk management initiatives.
  3. Conduct regular risk assessments and identify potential risks and vulnerabilities across all areas of the organization.
  4. Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to identify and mitigate potential risks.
  5. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of existing risk management processes and make recommendations for improvements.
  6. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management, to promote a risk-aware culture and facilitate the implementation of risk management initiatives.
  7. Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in risk management to ensure the organization remains current and compliant.
  8. Prepare and present reports to senior management and the board of directors on risk management activities and outcomes.
  9. Oversee the implementation of risk management training and awareness programs for employees.
  10. Monitor regulatory changes and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  11. Identify and escalate any potential risk issues to senior management in a timely manner.
  12. Continuously improve and streamline risk management processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  13. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the risk management team.
  14. Represent the organization in external meetings and events related to risk management.
  15. Ensure the organization's risk management practices align with the overall business strategy and objectives.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Finance, Risk Management, Or A Related Field.

  • At Least 10 Years Of Experience In Risk Management, Preferably In The Financial Services Industry.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Developing And Implementing Risk Management Strategies And Frameworks.

  • Experience In Leading And Managing A Team Of Risk Professionals.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Regulatory Requirements And Industry Best Practices Related To Risk Management.
