- Provide support to attorneys on a variety of corporate legal matters, including contract drafting and review, corporate governance, and compliance.
- Conduct legal research and gather relevant information for cases and projects.
- Prepare legal documents, such as briefs, contracts, and pleadings.
- Maintain and organize legal files and documents.
- Assist with due diligence and document management for corporate transactions.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external parties to gather information and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Assist with the preparation and filing of corporate filings and reports.
- Manage and maintain corporate records and assist with corporate governance matters.
- Communicate professionally and effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in laws and regulations that may affect the company.
- Provide administrative support to the legal team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing travel arrangements.
- Collaborate with other members of the legal team to develop and implement processes and procedures.
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure all sensitive information is handled appropriately.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.

Bachelor's Degree In Paralegal Studies Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience Working As A Paralegal In A Corporate Legal Department Or Law Firm.
Strong Knowledge Of Corporate Governance, Contract Drafting And Review, And Legal Research.
Excellent Organizational And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Handle Multiple Tasks And Prioritize Effectively.
