Job Description

At Hubbell Incorporated, we’re looking for a dedicated Customer Service Specialist who can provide top-notch customer service and ensure customer satisfaction. We’re looking for someone who is self-motivated, a great communicator, and highly organized.The ideal candidate should have at least two years of experience in a customer service role and be able to demonstrate their ability to think critically and effectively solve customer service issues. Knowledge of customer service software, databases, and the ability to type a minimum of 50 words per minute will be considered a plus.We’re looking for someone who is passionate about customer service and has the drive to go above and beyond to provide exceptional service. If you have a positive attitude and the ability to build strong relationships with customers, we would love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
  2. Diagnose customer service issues and provide appropriate solutions.
  3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  4. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
  5. Track customer interactions and provide feedback on customer service performance.
  6. Utilize customer service software and databases.
  7. Update customer records in database.
  8. Type a minimum of 50 words per minute.
  9. Maintain and organize customer information.
  10. Proactively identify areas of improvement in customer service procedures.
