
Customer Service Specialist
At Hubbell Incorporated, we’re looking for a dedicated Customer Service Specialist who can provide top-notch customer service and ensure customer satisfaction. We’re looking for someone who is self-motivated, a great communicator, and highly organized.The ideal candidate should have at least two years of experience in a customer service role and be able to demonstrate their ability to think critically and effectively solve customer service issues. Knowledge of customer service software, databases, and the ability to type a minimum of 50 words per minute will be considered a plus.We’re looking for someone who is passionate about customer service and has the drive to go above and beyond to provide exceptional service. Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
- Diagnose customer service issues and provide appropriate solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
- Track customer interactions and provide feedback on customer service performance.
- Utilize customer service software and databases.
- Update customer records in database.
- Type a minimum of 50 words per minute.
- Maintain and organize customer information.
- Proactively identify areas of improvement in customer service procedures.
