  1. Design and develop new decorative lighting products that align with company goals and customer needs.
  2. Stay up-to-date on current design trends and implement them into product designs.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineers, marketers, and sales to ensure product designs meet technical and commercial requirements.
  4. Conduct market research and analysis to identify gaps in the market and develop innovative solutions.
  5. Create detailed sketches, 3D models, and prototypes to present to stakeholders for review and feedback.
  6. Ensure all designs meet safety and regulatory standards.
  7. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and budget constraints.
  8. Work closely with suppliers to source materials and components for product development.
  9. Continuously improve and refine existing product designs based on customer feedback and industry advancements.
  10. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop product launch strategies and promotional materials.
  11. Attend industry events and trade shows to stay informed on the latest lighting technologies and trends.
  12. Maintain a high level of quality and attention to detail in all design work.
  13. Actively participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to enhance product offerings.
  14. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including confidentiality agreements and intellectual property protection.
  15. Continuously seek opportunities to improve design processes and increase efficiency.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Industrial Design Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Product Design, Preferably In The Lighting Industry

  • Strong Understanding Of Lighting Design Principles And Trends In The Market

  • Proficiency In Cad Software And Adobe Creative Suite

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively In A Team Environment And Present Ideas To Stakeholders.
