- Assist in the maintenance and accurate record-keeping of employee data, such as personal information, employment history, and benefits enrollment.
- Coordinate and execute various HR processes, such as onboarding, offboarding, and employee transfers.
- Ensure compliance with all HR policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
- Conduct regular audits of employee data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Collaborate with the HR team to improve and streamline HR operations processes and procedures.
- Respond to employee inquiries and concerns regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Manage and maintain employee files and records in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of HR-related communications, such as employee newsletters and benefit information.
- Coordinate and schedule HR-related meetings and trainings.
- Participate in the recruitment and selection process, including scheduling interviews and conducting background checks.
- Serve as a resource to employees and management regarding HR-related questions and concerns.
- Maintain a strong understanding of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments in HR operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth operation of HR processes and procedures.
- Other duties as assigned by HR leadership.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Hr Operations Or Related Field.
Knowledge Of Hr Processes And Procedures, Including Employee Onboarding, Benefits Administration, And Hris Systems.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Interact With Employees At All Levels Of The Organization.
Experience With Hr Compliance And Regulations, Such As Ada, Fmla, And Eeoc.
