Job Description

Hubbell Incorporated is looking for a motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. In this critical role, you'll be responsible for leading projects and initiatives to improve operational performance and optimize process efficiency. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional who has a passion for problem solving and a commitment to excellence.To be successful in this position, you must have a minimum of five years of experience in Lean Six Sigma project management, a certification in Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, and a proven track record of implementing quality improvement projects. Additionally, you must be able to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, demonstrate excellent communication skills, and possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Responsibilities: • Lead Lean Six Sigma projects and initiatives to improve operational performance and optimize process efficiency. • Develop and execute strategies to identify opportunities for process improvement. • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve desired outcomes. • Analyze customer needs and develop solutions to meet those needs. • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders. • Ensure compliance with Lean Six Sigma methodology and quality standards. • Facilitate and lead Kaizen events to drive continuous improvement. • Train personnel on Lean Six Sigma principles and best practices. • Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders. • Utilize data analysis techniques to identify opportunities for process improvement. • Prepare reports and presentations to communicate project progress.
