
Marketing Specialist
Hubbell Incorporated is excited to be recruiting for a Marketing Specialist to join our team. We are looking for an experienced professional who is passionate about marketing and has a strong understanding of the industry. The successful candidate should have excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail, as well as a demonstrated ability to work independently and within a team. We are looking for someone who can think outside the box and come up with creative solutions to marketing challenges.Required qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field, a minimum of three years of professional experience in marketing, and proficiency in web analytics and digital marketing tools. The ideal candidate should have a comprehensive understanding of marketing principles and be knowledgeable in the areas of digital marketing and social media. The successful candidate should also possess strong writing skills and be able to communicate effectively in both verbal and written form. Responsibilities:
- Create and implement marketing plans to effectively reach target audiences and increase brand awareness.
- Develop and manage digital and social media campaigns.
- Analyze market trends and recommend changes to marketing and business strategies based on analysis and feedback.
- Create and monitor reports to measure the success of campaigns.
- Write, edit, and proofread marketing materials such as brochures, newsletters, and website content.
- Develop relationships with customers and partners to increase brand loyalty and recognition.
- Work with designers to create visuals and marketing materials.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure brand consistency and a high level of customer service.
- Monitor competitor activities and strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with current marketing trends and best practices.
