Responsibilities:

1. Provide direct patient care to patients under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
2. Assist in activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and transferring patients.
3. Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the nursing staff.
4. Take vital signs and document patient information.
5. Assist in preparation and execution of patient care plans.
6. Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients, staff, and visitors.
7. Perform other duties as assigned.
8. Follow hospital policies and procedures.
9. Maintain current CNA certification from the state of California.
10. Possess strong clinical skills and excellent communication skills.
11. Possess a professional demeanor and a genuine interest in providing quality care.
12. Possess BLS certification, experience with electronic medical records, and the ability to work as part of a team.
