Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and compassionate Licensed Vocational Nurse to join our team as a Project Coordinator at Huntington Hospital. As a Project Coordinator, you will play an important role in overseeing the daily operations of the hospital and providing support to our medical staff and patients. You must have a keen eye for detail, efficient organizational skills, and a desire to provide quality care. You must also have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and be able to effectively manage a diverse patient population. The ideal candidate must be a Licensed Vocational Nurse with at least two years of experience in a medical setting. Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily operations of the hospital, including the coordination of patient care, staff management, and healthcare services.
Provide direct patient care and support to medical staff and patients.
Develop and implement strategies to improve patient care and increase efficiency.
Monitor and evaluate patient care to ensure quality standards are met.
Ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures.
Maintain accurate records and documentation of patient care.
Coordinate with other healthcare professionals in the hospital to provide comprehensive care.
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare staff.
Address patient concerns and questions in a timely manner.
Participate in continuing education and professional development programs.
