We are currently looking for a dynamic and experienced District Manager to join our team and oversee multiple locations in our beloved pancake empire. As a District Manager at IHOP, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our restaurants, while also being a leader and mentor to our dedicated team members.   1. Oversee and manage multiple IHOP restaurants within a designated district.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to drive overall sales and profitability for each location.
  3. Train, mentor, and lead restaurant managers and staff to ensure high-quality service and operations.
  4. Monitor and analyze financial and operational performance of each location, and take necessary actions to improve performance.
  5. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards in all restaurants.
  6. Collaborate with marketing and culinary teams to develop and execute promotional and menu initiatives.
  7. Conduct regular site visits and inspections to evaluate restaurant cleanliness, maintenance, and service standards.
  8. Identify and address any issues or challenges within the district, and take corrective actions as needed.
  9. Communicate regularly with corporate headquarters to provide updates on district performance and initiatives.
  10. Foster a positive and motivating work environment for all employees within the district.
  11. Stay updated on industry trends and implement best practices to improve overall district operations.
  12. Represent the IHOP brand and maintain good relationships with guests, vendors, and community partners.
  13. Address and resolve any guest complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner.
  14. Develop and manage budgets for each location, and monitor expenses to ensure financial goals are met.
  15. Collaborate with human resources to recruit, hire, and train new employees as needed.
