- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes, and make recommendations for improvement.
- Handle any escalated guest or operational issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Create and maintain budgets for each restaurant and ensure adherence to financial goals.
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop and implement local marketing initiatives.
- Conduct regular meetings with franchisees to discuss performance, goals, and strategies.
