- Oversee multiple IHOP restaurant locations within the designated district.

- Train and mentor restaurant managers and staff to uphold company values and provide exceptional service.

- Address and resolve any issues or conflicts within the district.

- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and make recommendations for improvement in operations and menu offerings.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment for all restaurant staff.
- Represent IHOP in a professional manner at all times.

Proven Track Record Of Driving Sales And Achieving Business Goals.
Previous Experience Managing Multiple Restaurant Locations, Preferably In The Hospitality Industry.
Excellent Leadership Skills And The Ability To Effectively Coach And Develop Team Members.
Strong Financial Acumen And The Ability To Analyze Sales And Profitability Data To Make Informed Business Decisions.
