- Oversee and manage multiple IHOP locations within a designated district.
- Ensure that all IHOP locations maintain high standards of service, food quality, and overall guest experience.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and increase profitability for each location.
- Train and mentor location managers and staff to uphold company standards and provide exceptional customer service.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance and make recommendations for improvement.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with other district managers and company executives to develop and implement company-wide initiatives.
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure that all guest issues are addressed in a timely and satisfactory manner.
- Monitor and track industry trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to location managers and staff.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
- Represent the company at community events and maintain a positive image and reputation.
- Recruit, hire, and train new location managers and staff as needed.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment among all IHOP locations in the district.
Proven Track Record Of Driving Sales And Achieving Financial Targets.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Restaurant Management At A Multi-Unit Level.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Or A Related Field.
Strong Leadership Skills And Experience In Managing A Large Team Of Employees.
Knowledge Of Local And State Health And Safety Regulations, As Well As Experience With Implementing And Enforcing Company Policies And Procedures.
