Job Description

IHOP is looking for an experienced Franchise Business Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate must have a strong understanding of the franchising industry, be detail-oriented and have excellent communication and problem-solving skills. In this role, you will work with franchisees to provide advice and guidance on operational and financial performance, as well as provide support and training to help them succeed. Responsibilities of a Franchise Business Consultant:

  1. Develop and maintain relationships with franchisees in order to provide advice and guidance on operational and financial performance.
  2. Analyze and interpret financial data and provide recommendations based on findings.
  3. Monitor franchisees’ performance and recommend courses of action to improve operational and financial performance.
  4. Develop and implement training programs to equip franchisees with the necessary skills to optimize profits.
  5. Research industry trends and best practices to ensure franchisees are kept up-to-date with the most current information.
  6. Collaborate with other departments within IHOP to ensure all franchisees’ needs are met.
  7. Provide support and guidance to franchisees to help them resolve conflicts and challenges.
  8. Monitor compliance with all franchising laws and regulations.
  9. Create and manage franchisee performance reports.
  10. Develop and deliver presentations on franchisee performance and industry trends.
