5. Assist in troubleshooting and resolving operational issues.
6. Develop and maintain relationships with franchisees.
7. Educate franchisees on best practices and up to date industry standards.
8. Represent IHOP at franchise industry events and conferences.
9. Assist in developing and implementing new franchise strategies.
10. Prepare reports and presentations on franchise performance.
