The Franchise Business Consultant will work closely with franchise partners to ensure they are meeting their goals and expectations.The successful candidate must have at least four years of experience in the restaurant industry, with at least two years in a franchise consulting role. They must have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and be able to think strategically to provide sound business advice. 1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with franchise partners.

3. Analyze franchise partner's business performance to identify areas of improvement.
4. Develop and implement action plans to help franchise partners reach their goals.
5. Monitor franchise partner's progress and provide regular feedback.
6. Monitor industry trends and evaluate their impact on franchise partners.
7. Assist with negotiating contracts and other business agreements.
8. Develop and deliver training programs and materials to franchise partners.
9. Facilitate meetings between franchise partners and other stakeholders.
10. Prepare and review financial reports and other documents.
