Host/Hostess

The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator, customer service-oriented, and have a passion for hospitality.Qualifications:• Minimum of 1 year previous experience in a customer service role• Ability to stay organized and multitask in a fast-paced environment• Excellent communication and customer service skills• Ability to work in a team environment• Ability to stand for long periods of time• Basic Math skills• Must be flexible and available to work varied shifts including nights and weekends

Responsibilities: • Greet and seat guests in a friendly and courteous manner • Answer phone calls and take reservations • Maintain wait list and assign tables • Monitor restaurant for empty and cleaned tables • Coordinate with wait staff and kitchen staff to ensure timely service • Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner • Ensure cleanliness and organization of dining room and lobby area • Process payments and complete end of shift reports • Receive and store supplies and keep inventory of items • Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations
