We are looking for a motivated and experienced Server to join the friendly team at IHOP. Ideal candidates will have excellent customer service and communication skills, as well as the ability to multi-task under pressure and work well in a fast-paced environment. 1. Take customer orders, accurately input into POS system, and deliver food in a timely manner.
2. Upsell when appropriate and ensure that all guests have an enjoyable experience.
3. Ensure all orders are accurate and complete.
4. Greet and engage customers in a friendly manner.
5. Maintain a clean and organized work area.
6. Follow all health and safety protocols.
7. Ensure compliance with all local and state laws.
8. Assist with inventory management and stocking.
9. Answer customer questions and make recommendations as needed.
10. Train and mentor new team members.
