Server

IHOP is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Server to join our team! As a Server, you will take orders and serve food and beverages to our guests, provide great customer service, and ensure that guests leave with an amazing experience. We are looking for a team player who is eager to learn, has a positive attitude, and is passionate about hospitality.The ideal candidate for this position has a minimum of 1 year of serving experience in a customer-facing role. You must also possess strong communication skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have the ability to multi-task. A friendly and outgoing personality is a must! Responsibilities:

1. Greet and welcome guests upon arrival
2. Take and process customers’ orders accurately and in a timely manner
3. Serve food and drink orders to customers
4. Check customers’ IDs to ensure they meet the minimum age requirement for certain beverages
5. Answer guests’ questions about menu items, ingredients, and prices
6. Support other servers and kitchen staff during peak hours
7. Refill customers’ drinks as needed
8. Handle customer concerns and complaints professionally
9. Adhere to all applicable sanitation and safety regulations
10. Ensure the dining area and kitchen remain clean and organized
11. Provide exceptional customer service to all guests
12. Help with closing and opening duties as needed
13. Work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
14. Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
