Responsibilities:

  1. Assist customers with inquiries via phone, email, or in person.
  2. Respond to customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  3. Resolve customer issues by providing accurate information and finding solutions.
  4. Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction with the resolution of their issues.
  5. Update customer records in the system and provide feedback to other departments as needed.
  6. Process orders and maintain accurate records of customer transactions.
  7. Generate reports and analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  8. Monitor customer feedback and complaints to identify areas of improvement.
  9. Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
  10. Participate in training and development activities to stay up to date with customer service best practices.
