Responsibilities:

  1. Greet customers and provide a positive customer service experience.
  2. Assist customers with product inquiries, orders, and returns.
  3. Handle customer complaints professionally and use problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues.
  4. Maintain accurate customer records and contact customers to follow up with their orders.
  5. Ensure customer satisfaction by providing helpful information and responding to customer inquiries.
  6. Upsell products when appropriate and ensuring customer loyalty.
  7. Monitor inventory and stock shelves according to company standards.
  8. Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay informed of new products and services.
  9. Remain up-to-date on the company’s policies and procedures.
  10. Maintain a clean and organized work area.
