Food Service Team Member

We are looking for an enthusiastic, customer service-oriented Food Service Team Member to join our team at IKEA. Our ideal candidate is passionate about food, customer service, and making sure every customer leaves our store happy. As part of our team, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, preparing and serving food in a timely manner, and creating a welcoming atmosphere in our store.To be successful in this role, you should have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, be able to work independently, and have the ability to maintain a high level of customer service. You should also be able to work quickly and efficiently, and have a friendly and professional attitude. Previous experience in food service or customer service is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service to all customers • Prepare and serve food in a timely manner • Maintain a welcoming atmosphere in the store • Handle customer complaints or inquiries with professionalism • Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing their needs quickly and efficiently • Maintain a high level of cleanliness in the store • Work quickly and efficiently • Follow all safety and hygiene regulations • Adhere to company policies and procedures • Collaborate with other team members to ensure excellent customer service • Previous experience in food service or customer service is preferred, but not required
